Warsaw Brewery, Poland

What we did​

Coverpoint worked with Echo Investments on the iconic Warsaw Brewery development located in the heart of the business district. The project included the construction of the City square and the refurbishment of the historical Brewhouse building into foodservice. Our role was to create a masterplan across the scheme to not only meet the needs of the on-site populations: residents, office workers, hotel guests and tourists, but to also draw from other parts of the City.

Results

Our masterplan delivered a mix of different foodservice offers that collectively provided activity and interest in the heart of the development across the working day and evening.  The plan delivered an ever-changing mix of offers to give reasons for repeat visits and a marketing / engagement strategy to deliver positive experiences.
